What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, including children and families when appropriate.

  • Provide evidence-based therapies (e.g., behavioral therapy, CBT, crisis intervention) and document progress in medical records in compliance with HIPAA and clinical guidelines.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and schools to coordinate care and support services for pediatric and developmental populations.

  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, coding, and scheduling, while upholding patient privacy and ethical standards.

  • Offer counseling across various modalities (individual, family, group) and facilitate referrals to community resources as needed.

  • Monitor treatment effectiveness, adjust interventions, and communicate progress with clients and supervisors.

Mental Health Therapist Compensation

​Earn $50–$65 per client session based on caseload volume.

​

  • 20 clients/week = approximately $62,400/year

  • 25 clients/week = approximately $84,500/year

  • 30 clients/week = approximately $99,700/year

 

Compensation is based on completed client sessions and caseload size.​
