Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist Compensation
​Earn $50–$65 per client session based on caseload volume.
​
-
20 clients/week = approximately $62,400/year
-
25 clients/week = approximately $84,500/year
-
30 clients/week = approximately $99,700/year
Compensation is based on completed client sessions and caseload size.​
Associate Mental Health Therapist Compensation
Earn $35 per completed client session.
​
Increase to $40 per completed client session once you are within 100 direct client hours of meeting your state's licensure requirement.

Estimated annual earnings based on a consistent caseload:
